Grab Your Dumbbells and Fire Up Your Lower Body With This Raneir Pollard Workout

Grab some medium to heavy weights, and join group fitness instructor Raneir Pollard as he kicks your butt — in the best way — as you kick your legs. You'll be using your weights for exercises like glute bridges and lunges and get your heart rate up with cardio exercises like skaters and skips to balance. Be prepared to work hard, but know there may be a dance break (or two) and an extralong stretch at the end to reward your efforts.
