Ab Workout Challenge Using a Bench

If You Want a 6-Pack, Do This Intense Ab Challenge From a Celebrity Trainer

Transforming your midsection into a strong, chiselled core doesn't require hours upon hours of training in the gym. Quite frankly, all it takes is some dedication and a routine that will target the many muscles of your core at once. Celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins, aka the queen of quick and effective workouts, is back with her latest edition of her ab-blast challenge.

This no-hassle workout requires just one piece of equipment — a workout bench! From the looks of it, you're going to be building stamina and core strength at the same time with the following seven moves:

  1. Elevated Bicycles
  2. Oblique Crunches
  3. Oblique Toe Touches
  4. Bench Hopovers
  5. Reverse Crunches
  6. Single-Leg Leg Lowers
  7. Hollow Body Hold

Do 10-25 reps of the first six exercises. Hold the final exercise for 30-60 seconds, repeating for two to three rounds.
