The Ballet Beautiful custom workout is exactly as its name suggests: custom. Select a focus area — arms and abs, legs and butt, cardio or full body, and make it work with your weekly schedule. The site will then generate a weekly program (Monday to Friday), with set exercises depending on your availability — light (one and a half hours), moderate or ideal (up to six hours). If you'd rather not stick to a schedule, just head to the streaming library for whatever floats your boat!
The exercises build-upon traditional ballet techniques and sequences in sets, and include standing, mat-based and barre workouts. You can do anything from swan arms and leg lifts, to pique intervals and core blasts. No single exercise is longer than 20 minutes, meaning you're getting maximum burn in minimum time. There are even occasion specific workouts such as bridal, bikini, pre- and post-natal.
