Beyoncé and JAY-Z really weren't kidding about this whole vegan thing. After encourageing their fans to switch to a plant-based diet a few weeks ago, the couple recently decided to up the ante by announcing The Greenprint Project Sweepstakes. According to a recent Instagram post from Queen Bey, she and JAY-Z are offering one lucky fan who goes vegan tickets to either or both of their concerts for the next 30 years — so it looks like I'll be eating nothing but salad for the rest of 2019.

Veganism has frequently become a topic of conversation for the couple, and they recently opened up about the positive environmental impact of a plant-based diet in Marco Borges's book, The Greenprint. The contest is open to any legal residents of the U.S., and interested parties can enter via the Greenprint Project's official website, where they can submit their names and email addresses on the entry page. Fans can enter the contest at any point between now and April 22, and a winner will selected at random in May. To reiterate, 30 years worth of concert tickets are on the line here, so I guess this vegan taco recipe is really going to come in handy for all of us in the next few months. See you at the salad bar.
