Brie Larson Just Schooled Us on How to Train Our Abs With This Insane Exercise

Just because Brie Larson is done filming Captain Marvel doesn't mean she's going to stop working out anytime soon. She's been going hard in the gym, and it has really paid off. We've seen her hip thrust 400 pounds of weight like it was nothing, we've watched her crush pull-ups, and she's even made push-ups with weighted chains on her back look insanely easy.

We knew she was strong and after seeing this video of her ab workout, we really think she inherited Captain Marvel's superpowers. In the video, Brie can be seen doing a dragon flag, which requires a lot of core strength and control. As soon as she finished her set, she celebrated with a doughnut, and we're like, "That is so us."
