Britney flaunted her perfect handstand moves on Instagram, writing, "Owning my temple, my body, through yoga." She's balancing her handstand against the wall, but Britney has also used a Bosu ball to tone her upper body. She loves being upside down, and her muscular core and arms can attest to that!
