Squats and deadlifts and backbends, oh MY! Britney Spears gave us yet another sneak peek into her ultra-fit life, replete with purple string lights, the tiniest of shorts, and a perfectly coiffed ponytail. Her routine? Some single-leg deadlifts, squats to overhead presses, rows in plank, and, of course, some splits. To say we're obsessed with Queen Britney and her fitness routine is an understatement.
