- 185gm can Sirena La Vita Lite tuna, drained
1/2 iceberg lettuce
2 tablespoon chopped red capsicum
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
1 diced tomato with seeds removed
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Juice of 1/2 lime
Drizzle of olive oil
Sprinkle dried chilli flakes to season
Salt to taste
- Wash the lettuce and cut in half to create lettuce cups. Trim if necessary.
- Combine the remaining ingredients, and stir.
- Spoon the mixture into lettuce cups.This is ready to eat straight away, and great party food.
