Lettuce Cups With Chilli Tuna

No Carb Snacks: Healthy Tuna and Lettuce Cups

Ingredients

  1. 185gm can Sirena La Vita Lite tuna, drained
    1/2 iceberg lettuce
    2 tablespoon chopped red capsicum
    1 tbsp chopped spring onion
    1 diced tomato with seeds removed
    1 tbsp chopped coriander
    Juice of 1/2 lime
    Drizzle of olive oil
    Sprinkle dried chilli flakes to season
    Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the lettuce and cut in half to create lettuce cups. Trim if necessary.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients, and stir.
  3. Spoon the mixture into lettuce cups.This is ready to eat straight away, and great party food.
  4. Serves 2 to 4
