"In order to be on air by 5:30 a.m. I have refined my morning routine down to a fine art. The alarm goes off at 3:40 a.m. I shower, slap on makeup, brush hair, choose an outfit (this often sets me back), and finally, assemble my breakfast.
"I mix together seeds and nuts (pepitas, sesame, sunflower, walnuts) with yoghurt and frozen berries. It all goes in a travel-safe Tupperware bowl and I normally eat it around 6:30 a.m. By then I've generally downed at least one skim flat white to appear alert on camera."
