Since the '80s Elle Macpherson has been called "The Body" and for good reason. If we could choose a body, Elle's would be it! Even at 53, Elle is living proof a healthy lifestyle is the key to a happy being. So we asked the Aussie (model, mum and businesswoman) what her average day on a plate looked like and we were pleasantly inspired.

"Where possible I eat organic food and have a majority plant-based diet — so that's lots of raw leafy greens, salad, fruit, vegetables and clean hormone-free protein like fish and chicken," says Elle. Throw in some teaspoons of her very own The Super Elixr and her daily diet isn't as unachievable for us non-supermodels of the world as you'd think. Don't believe me?
