As we power through life aiming to be the healthiest beings to have ever lived, we've decided life would be easier if we had a list of foods we simply must eat every single day. One that we could tick off as the day goes by to ensure we're getting all the nutrients we need as living, breathing, awesome women.
I put a request in to Transform Health's clinical nutritionist Lucy Beaumont and while the list of foods we should be eating each day is massive, Lucy recommended that we instead focus on the nutrients and macronutrients that are super important for women.
