Breakfast in a Jar: Vegan Overnight Blueberry Oats


Everyone deserves to eat pretty, and this overnight blueberry oats in a jar will do exactly that. You see, it trumps the traditional style of oats, but it is just as easy to whip together. Except, you'll be making this one ahead of time, so it's ready and waiting for when you wake up. It's also vegan, using oat milk. But feel free to make the switch to dairy or soy if you wish.

Notes

This recipe is for basic blueberry oats. Consider adding any of the following to liven up your delicious breakfast: nuts, chia seeds, dried fruit, banana, vanilla extract or spices, such as cinnamon.

Healthy Overnight Oats Recipe With Oat Milk

Ingredients

  1. 2/3 cup rolled oats
    1 cup oat milk like Vitasoy Oatmilk Original
    1 tablespoon maple syrup
    1/3 cup blueberries

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar and stir until combined.
  2. Refrigerate for at least six hours until thickened and the rolled oats have softened.
  3. Eat straight from the bowl/jar and be amazed by the ease and deliciousness of overnight oats. Enjoy!
