As promised, over the coming weeks NIKE Master Trainer and all-round legend Kirsty Godso is going to teach us a few moves to help us prepare for the big day. These mini-workouts will be a great way to incorporate new moves and styles into your training regime, ensuring you're match-fit by Mar. 19. First up is circuit. This style of training will help build both your cardio fitness and strength through dynamic body weight exercises, i.e. vital components for NTC!
