Tips to Get a Flatter Belly Fast
With Christmas fast approaching it's the season to party, and you know what that means? Fitting into that party dress or looking hot in your swimmers suddenly tops your "to do" list. So if you've got a few days up your sleeve and you want to feel lighter and flatten your belly without starving (that's never a good idea) it's all about making smarter choices. We enlisted the help of Susie Burrell nutritionist (and the brains behind the Shape Me 30 Day Plan) to help you get a flatter belly in time for the weekend festivities.
Susie suggests if you have one to two days before the big day available it's best to avoid anything salty such as Asian foods, heavy veggies such as broccoli, legumes and heavy carb meals such as pizza, pasta or noodle dishes. Instead stick to light meals that are digested quickly "such as yoghurt, fruit, salads, white fish and plain vegetables, these will help you to drop a couple of kilos of fluid in no time," says Susie.
