Get moving! With 12 weeks to drop some sizes, it's now time to establish some fitness goals. Make a note of a goal you’d like to achieve within three months. It may be to do a 10km fun run, or to be able to swim 20 laps in a pool. It doesn’t matter, just have a plan to keep yourself moving and accountable for an end date in 12 weeks.
