Jamie Dornan might be starring in Fifty Shades Darker, but his on-set life was all about the number 100. Ramona Braganza, the on-set trainer for Fifty Shades Darker, celebrity trainer to Michael Weatherly (star of CBS's Bull), and owner of the 3-2-1 Training Method, shared the behind-the-scenes warm-up workout she did with Jamie Dornan to get him camera-ready. Spoiler alert — this is a lot more than a "warm-up."

Though this warm-up was designed for a guy, it totally works for a woman's body, too. Classic jumping rope ups the heart rate while working the legs, and push-ups target the chest, core, back, and arms. You're going to be 50 shades of sore for the next few days.
