Ingredients

  1. 2 cups kale
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen pineapple
    85 g plain Greek yoghurt
    1/4 avocado
    1 cup water

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Enjoy immediately.
