Kaley Cuoco Doesn't Let Shoulder Surgery Stop Her From Working Her Ass Off in the Gym

Kaley Cuoco's "honeymoon" with husband Karl Cook was actually spent getting shoulder surgery. And while that doesn't seem like the ideal way to spend time together as newlyweds, the Big Bang Theory actress is already on the mend and back in the gym.

Just three weeks after her surgery, Kaley documented her workout on her Instagram, where she said an arm sling isn't going to stop her from working out. "When your doc scolds you for not wearing your brace. Alrighty then guess we're doin it this way!" she wrote in her caption.

Even though she's still recovering, Kaley busted out some seated squats, one-arm battle roping, and weighted side steps with booty bands. It looks like she still got in a good lower-body, cardio, and one-armed workout!

Although it looks like Kaley is recovering well from her shoulder surgery, she hilariously documented her journey in and out of the hospital on Instagram. "When your 'honeymoon' is shoulder surgery and your husband looks just as happy lol on the road to recovery - thank you for all the love and support!" she wrote in one caption. "Knowing @mrtankcook I'm sure he will be posting tons of hilarious gems. Thank god my hair colour is on point."

We wish Kaley a speedy recovery and are glad to see she's still making fitness a priority!
