He recently posted an Instagram video of Karlie showing off her insanely impressive stability while "smashing" the Bosu ball. All we can say is, "DAMN, girl!"
It looks like her move is a challenging variation of the Single-Leg Forward Reach, one of our go-to booty-sculpting methods, except she's also targeting her core and hamstrings while working on her balance.
