Long Hair Exercise Tip

The Perfect Hack For Exercising With Long Hair

Whether you're jumping rope, doing burpees, or strength training, your long hair can be so annoying. It falls in your face, gets in your mouth, or gets yanked by equipment. Try this little trick from CrossFit coach and competitor Dani Horan to keep your long hair from distracting you during your workouts.

She says:
"1- French Braid Hair
2- Tuck Braids into Straps
3- Jump!"

Cute trick, right? This might be the perfect workout hairdo solution! It beats ponytails where your hair just ends up whipping you in the face or sticks to your sweaty back, and it's better than heavy buns that can give you a headache or continuously fall out when you move. Have you tried this hair hack before?
