Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup fresh pineapple, diced
    1/4 cup light coconut milk
    1/2 small banana
    1/4 cup crushed ice
    1/4 teaspoon minced lemongrass
    44msl rum, optional (adding rum adds 97 calories to the recipe)
  1. For garnish:
    1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the coconut flakes in a blender container and puree until smooth.
  2. Top off with coconut flakes, and enjoy!
