Morning Booster: Kale, Pineapple & Grape Smoothie

Whipping up a morning smoothie with all your favourite ingredients is a great way to nourish your body with essential nutrients, and will no doubt give you a kick-start to a slow morning. This recipe uses kale, pineapple, banana and grapes, but you can easily replace these with any seasonal picks! Ready to get moving? It's Friday after all!

Morning Booster: Kale, Pineapple & Grape Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 3 leaves of kale
    1 cup pineapple
    1 cup grapes
    1 frozen banana
    1.5 cups coconut water or water

Directions

Cut the skin off the pineapple and cut it into chunks. Remove the stem from the kale and throw all of the ingredients into a blender.
Serves 1
