Jennifer Hawkins Shares Her Biggest Fitness Secret
At last night's Myer Autumn/Winter Fashion Launch in Melbourne all eyes were on Myer ambassador, Jennifer Hawkins, as she hit the runway in a stunning Yeojin Bae dress revealing her toned, tanned and let's just say, unbelievable pins. It really is no wonder that the leggy-blonde won the title of Australia's sexy legs in 2013, outranking models, Miranda Kerr and Megan Gale in a poll led by razor brand Venus and Olay SugarBerry. So when the POPSUGAR Australia team got a backstage pass to get up close with Jen, what we really wanted to know was her biggest fitness secret and how she stays fit and healthy in the lead up to a big show.
"It's all about constant work and not dropping off," revealed Hawkins. "I did sit-ups this morning, but I do Pilates and running constantly, and while I don't work out daily, I do every other day and then again if I'm having an off day."
So does her fitness change in the days leading up to a big event? "Definitely," says Hawkins. "It's just more frequent and then right before a show I'll do nothing so I can let my muscles calm down, so they're not too pumped up."
