Josephine Skriver and Jasmine Tookes are basically an endless fountain of workout inspiration, showering their followers with genius ideas to steal at the gym. The duo, known to many as JoJa for short, have a laundry list of intense yet effective exercises up their sleeves, from a resistance-band booty routine to a reverse lunge move that involves a barbell. Though many of their exercises are glute-related, the Victoria's Secret Angels just changed things up by giving us a glimpse at what they do to maintain their sculpted, runway-ready abs. And it actually looks pretty fun and doable!
Josephine and Jasmine shared the above video demonstrating their partner core workout, which requires nothing but a medicine ball, a yoga mat, and some teamwork. Jasmine stands with her feet planted between Josephine's legs as they pass the weighted ball back and forth, each extending it all the way behind their heads while lying flat on the floor before popping back up to pass off the ball. Though not shown in the video clip, we're assuming the VS Angels swapped positions halfway through so they could each work their butt by getting a little squat action.
