Personality Type Can Have an Effect on Your Sleep and What You Dream About

Extroverts and introverts are polar opposites in many ways. How they maintain and regain energy differs on the most basic level: extroverts require human interaction to recharge, while introverts are drained by said human interaction and require alone time to get their energy back.

Knowing this, it's no surprise that even the ways the two personality types sleep and dream differ. According to an infographic put together by Best Mattress Brand, outgoing extroverts are more satisfied with their levels of energy during waking hours than introverts, while introverts are dreaming about their teeth falling out more than extroverts.   • Dream about their fathers 14 percent less often than extroverts.
  • Dream about work colleagues 12 percent less often than extroverts.

  • Dream about travelling 13.9 percent more often than introverts.
