The Core Exercises You Need to Do Every Day For Abs Like These
A strong core does wonders for your entire body, not to mention your posture. So if you're looking to strengthen your core it's time to get familiar with planking. The beauty of this exercise is you can do it anywhere, and there's no equipment needed, which basically means there are no excuses not to plank.
The key to sculpting your abs, simply by planking, is to set aside five minutes a day and run through each plank variation, spending one minute on each. Your abs will burn, but as you push through your strength will improve — promise! After a week of daily planking, increase the time spent on each exercise by 30 seconds and aim to increase this by 30 seconds more the next week.
