"This week I played indoor netball on Monday and then had Oz tag on Wednesday night. Thursday we had a fun training session with Phoebe and Saturday I went down to my local park and tested out the NIKE app.
"In the training session with Phoebe I was really testing my limits and seeing where my fitness is at, so I look forward to seeing how much I can improve in the next few weeks.
"The weather was a challenge, half-way into our training session with Phoebe it started to rain, it made the ground a little slippery and some of the exercises harder to complete. On the bright side it was perfect timing as we were all ready for a cool down!
"I learned so many new exercises; knee tucks, The Suitcase and my new favourite, Froggers! I like that the app alternates between different exercises so it always feels like you’re doing something new.
"I should have gone for a run on Friday after our training session with Phoebe, and I didn’t end up doing any exercise the next day either. My muscles were so sore! But I should have kept moving a little.
"I don't think my fitness has improved, but I definitely feel more energetic and healthy."
