Describe yourself in three words: Social, bubbly and honest.
Describe your exercise style in three words: fun, fast and social.
What motivates you to exercise? I would say half of my motivation comes from wanting to be healthy, the rest is my Instagram feed and the Summer months.
When was the last time you worked out? Yesterday morning, I had a bootcamp session and now I’m sore.
Talk us through your average week in workouts? I work out two to three times a week.
What’s your biggest challenge when it comes to exercising? Staying motivated and being consistent.
What do you love the most about exercising? Endorphins and that fit feeling. My head is so much more together when I exercise regularly.
What do you hate the most about exercising? Early mornings and the pain of exercising. I just don't understand why health can’t come from a stroll in the park.

What was your New Year’s health and fitness resolution? To keep a regular training schedule and keep my diet on the healthier side. Sugar is my weakness.
What do you love the most about your body? Probably my legs.
Which do you prefer, exercising solo or exercising with your friends? Definitely with mates Why? The training seems less painful and much more fun when I’ve got people to laugh and whinge with.
If you could only do one exercise for the rest of your life what would it be? Does couch-lounging count!? Haha, probably some kind of Pilates based program. NOT running. I hate running.

What are you hoping to get out of the A regular training schedule and let's be real, a lean and strong body!! NIKE Training Club?
What is your ultimate fitness goal? To have a well-rounded fitness regime that doesn’t take over my life! Plus, I’d love to have the strength to do a proper chin up!
