NIKE Australia is set to raise the bar on women's training and fitness with an epic workout experience like no other. On Saturday, May 2 at Carriageworks in Sydney, 2,500 women have the opportunity to sweat it out at Australia's first NIKE + Training Club (N+TC) Tour event — a full day of studio workouts and high-intensity training designed for those who want to push limits and smash personal goals. N+TC is an inspiring, fun, five-hour training challenge led by
NIKE Master Trainers, and will be held in 13 cities around the world in 2015, including Dubai, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Mexico City, Moscow, Southern California and Stockholm. The tour joins women together around the world under the common goal of crushing the workout, and introduces them to new fitness experiences and communities.

The N+TC Tour event on May 2 will be the culmination of an eight week training program, also designed by Kirsty Godso, to help prepare women for the five hour workout. The program involves both strength training and running that are easily accessible via the free N+TC app or
