Snezana Markoski's Post-Baby Day on a Plate

This month Snezana Markoski and Sam Wood welcomed their beautiful little baby Willow Wendy Wood — Australia's very first Bachelor bub — to their perfect family! Since becoming a mum to Willow, Snezana's day on a plate has undergone some slight (to be expected) changes, but she's still all about balance as ever — particularly when she's battling new mum sleep deprivation. A Danish for breakfast and grilled chicken for lunch, Snez's post-baby eating habits are our dream. In her own words, this is Snezana's day on a plate . . .

Breakfast:

"Danish and coffee (don't tell Sam)!"

Lunch:

"I often like to have something lighter for lunch, especially after I've had my Danish, so grilled chicken and zucchini salad or a superfood slaw are two meals I have on rotation at the moment. I have cooked up a big batch of the slaw so I don't need to make myself lunch every day — ideal when sleep deprived!"

Snacks:

"Currently lots of snacks that should not be disclosed . . ."

Dinner:

"My polneti piperki (Macedonian stuffed peppers) are probably my favourite thing to cook for dinner. They're so full of flavour and a great way to use up some of my herbs and veggies."
