Steph Prem's Week in Workouts
Former Olympian and five-time Australian snowboard champion (and now Pilates pro) Steph Prem knows how important it is to maintain peak fitness. In 2010 following her Winter Olympics debut, Steph broke her back in a snowboarding accident, which stopped her in her successful snowboarding tracks. During her long and exhausting recovery she discovered Pilates was just the calming pain reliever she needed to improve her quality of life, and so her very own Pilates studio, Premium Performance, was born. Now she's a Pilates instructor sharing her fitness wisdom with the world, so if there's one person who should inspire you to get up off the couch and go for that run, or actually make that Pilates class you so easily cancel, it's Steph.
