I love following Tracee on Instagram because her style is impeccable, the videos she posts are hilarious, and she's always sharing her intense workouts. In my opinion, the best part about her workout videos is that no matter how hard the workout is, she always finds a way to laugh through the burn.
She recently shared a video of her private session at Tracy Anderson Method, and all I've got to say is damn, my butt, legs, and hip flexors hurt from watching. Her facial expressions let me know that her butt was probably twitching and her leg probably felt like it was going to fall off, but she kept grinding through it. Also, her mid-workout hype-up moment had me cracking up. Whatever it takes, right?
