The Biggest Loser Families Trainers Put on How Much in a Week?!
ICYMI: Last night's episode of TBL Families saw trainers Michelle Bridges, Shannan Ponton, Tiffiny Hall and Commando weigh in after spending a week eating like the families they're training — and it wasn't pretty. Each trainer put on a staggering amount of weight (24.5kg in total!), which left the contestants shocked, and the trainers understandably not very happy.
Perhaps it was the 2.5kg burrito Michelle ate with the Jofre boys, or the fried chicken and chips Commando ate for breakfast with Johnee each morning. Or maybe it was the family-size lasagne Shannan was forced to devour, or the sky-high burger Tiffiny ate with the Hailwoods. Either way, the contestants will have to work hard to prove they're serious about changing their lifestyles, because we have a sneaking suspicion Michelle, Commando, Tiffiny and Shannan won't forget their weight-gain any time soon.
