Guess What? There Is a Right Time to Exercise
Not sure whether you should work out in the morning, at lunch or after work? For many of us, exercise is usually whenever we can slot it in whereas others will yawn at the thought of sweating before noon. Research suggests that working out in the morning can lower blood pressure and improve sleep, but what if you're not a morning person?
