Halle Berry has been killing it on Instagram with her "Fitness Friday" series, giving us an insight into what it takes to look that stunning at 51 years old. She recently shared that the keto diet is what has helped her manage her diabetes, and she gave us a bonus look into what she eats in a day on the keto diet.

Breakfast


She starts off her day simple with a breakfast juice of fresh Purium greens and beets.

Lunch


For lunch, she has a portion of green beans with a classic bolognese sauce.

Dinner


Dinner seems to be the largest meal for Halle. Here she has a fillet of Arctic char topped with olive salsa and a side of what looks to be cauliflower mash.

Snack


To keep her satiated throughout the day, she has a snack that consists of cherry tomatoes, cheese, and scallions.
