Have you heard? There's a new fitness trend in town. We're talking about UFC FIT and it's starting to make waves. Sure, a mix of martial arts with full-body intensity training might not be everyone's cup of tea, but this 12-week program is so much more than your average self-defense class. It aims to build strength, tone, but best of all torch fat fast. Plus, it also contains a nutrition manual to make cooking and healthy eating easy (tick!).
So, to find out a little bit more we sat down with former UFC fighting champ Mike Dolce and creator of UFC FIT to find out why we should all give this new kid on the block a try.
