The 5 Most Effective Fat-Burning Exercises According to a Celebrity Trainer
When it comes to exercise (or anything in life really) I'm all about that work smarter, not harder mentality. I like my workouts to be simple yet highly effective. I'm always on the look out for exercises that burn a high number of calories and tone all the right muscle groups, so when celebrity trainer and Director of Flow Athletic, Ben Lucas offered to share his top five fat burning exercises, I squealed a little.
Before we get into it, Ben would like to note that while it is important to exercise to help you achieve your goals, you also need to be eating and sleeping well, "If we don't have enough sleep and we have too much stress it can raise our cortisol which can make our bodies store fat. Not eating well is also a no-brainer, so try to minimise highly processed or sugary foods. Instead fill your plate with 1/2 green veggies, protein and healthy carbs."
He also recommends working out three to four days a week and walking or swimming on the other days so your body has a chance to recover.
