This Pilates Workout From Kirsten King Will Have You Feeling More Sculpted & Toned In Just 30 Minutes
Built off the classes she offers at her Eastern Suburbs studios, FluidForm at Home gives you access to over 150 on demand pilates workouts so that you can achieve the ultimate in-studio Pilates experience at home.
You can select from a number of different targeted workouts including upper body, lower boy and full body workouts. You can also participate in a number of different challenges, including her recently launched 'Spring into Summer' 10-week Challenge.
The 'Spring into Summer' 10-week challenge is designed to have you feeling and looking ready for Summer. The challenge is made up of three consecutive parts — ReForm, ReShape and ReFine. Each part will focus on different areas of growth, alignment, strengthening and toning.
To give us a little taste of the challenge, Kirsten has shared one of her famous full body workouts. This 30-minute session includes a series of movements that'll give you a full body burn, with a focus on building strength in your shoulders and obliques. No equipment necessary, this workout combines functional movement with intensity and is designed designed to activate each muscle group, leaving you feeling strong and lean.
