Healthy Peanut Butter, Raspberry and Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  1. Mayver’s Protein + Peanut Butter layer:
    ¼ cup white chia seeds
    1 cup nut milk of choice
    ½ cup Mayver’s Protein + Peanut Butter

    2 tsp maple syrup
  1. Raspberry layer:
    ¼ cup white chia seeds
    1 cup nut milk of choice
    1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
  1. Optional extras:
    Berries
    An extra scoop of Mayver’s Protein + Peanut Butter

Directions

  1. In a blender, mix all the Peanut Butter layer ingredients and then pour into the bottom of your jars.
  2. Mix all raspberry layer ingredients in blender and pour on top.
  3. Keep in the fridge for up to two days.
  4. Serve with extra Mayver’s Protein + Peanut Butter and berries if desired.
