7 Gentle Workouts You Can Do Before Bed That May Just Help You Get Better Sleep

Exercising before bed can help you sleep if you do it right. While cardio exercises will raise your heart rate and get your blood pumping – not ideal for bedtime – a more gentle workout can prepare your body for sleep by cooling you down and loosening your muscles.
