At-Home Full-Body MadFit Workout Set to "Say So" Remix

Throw Punches and Squat It Down Low During This Full-Body Session Set to the "Say So" Remix

Hold my water — I'm so beyond ready to test out Maddie Lymburner's total-body routine set to the remix of Doja Cat's "Say So" featuring Nicki Minaj, which was popularized on TikTok. In March, the fitness influencer and YouTuber, otherwise known as MadFit, released an ab circuit choreographed to the original hit from Doja Cat. This time around, she mixed things up with a less-than-four-minute session that's fun and works your full body with no equipment needed.

You'll get your heart rate up right off the bat with some punch and squat sequences timed to the beat, a variation of 180 jump squat, and drop squats. The workout also consists of side-shuffle high-knees, twisted mountain climbers, up and down planks, and more.

Lymburner even gets creative throughout, adding moves onto exercises that resemble bits of the "Say So" dances going around social media. Yes, you can do this workout regardless of whether or not you're an avid TikTok user; we just get excited when we see the pop culture and fitness worlds collide sometimes! Take a few minutes to follow along wherever you are, or keep replaying it — we know we will!
