Like most of you, I'm currently in self-isolation and WFH, meaning that I can't partake in my usual boxing classes. I'm still training with my trainer twice a week (one-on-one and from a safe distance), but for me twice a week isn't enough, especially when exercise is linked to my sanity.
When it comes to home workouts, I've got all the gear (and very little idea). I'm not a fan of working out in my living room, however given the state of the world, it's time to adapt.
