Kayla Itsines's At-Home Workout Using Chair and Weights

This Is the BBG Full-Body Home Workout You Have to Try! Grab a Chair and 2 Weights

Get inspired to strengthen your entire body with this at-home workout using one chair and two weights. It's OK if you don't have any equipment at home. BBG creator Kayla Itsines shared this workout with the caption, "No dumbbells? No worries! If you don't have dumbbells at home you CAN easily replace them with household items."

Get creative! In this workout, Kayla is using two milk jugs each filled with two liters of water, which is equivalent to a pair of two-kilogram (4.4-pound) dumbbells. She noted that if you want to make it a little heavier you can add sand to the milk jugs instead of water.

BBG At-Home Workout

Equipment needed: One chair or bench and two light weights

Directions: Complete one to three rounds of this six-move workout.

  • Step-up: 20 reps (10 each side)
  • Goblet squat: 15 reps
  • Bicep curl: 15 reps
  • Bent-over row: 15 reps
  • Static lunge: 24 reps (12 each leg)
  • Straight-leg jackknife: 15 reps
