The new PWR Zero Equipment program condenses her signature 40-50 minute PWR style workouts into shorter bodyweight-only sessions that are all under 30 minutes. It also offers new 15-minute express glutes and HIIT workouts. So you have more choice and variety to spice up your weekly fitness routine.
Designed to be completed in a small space, PWR Zero Equipment allows you to train effectively whenever and where ever. Made up of a combination of bodyweight strength and high-intensity exercises that target all major muscle groups to help increase strength and improve overall fitness.
