Keep It Clean
A clean diet full of fresh produce and unprocessed foods is necessary for at least two weeks before the wedding. If you're someone who loves to eat out or is always on the go, you're either going to need to make the commitment to prepare fresh foods at home or do plenty of research about available takeout or restaurant options in your neighborhood.
Consider an elimination diet, where you remove certain foods such as gluten, dairy, caffeine, or alcohol and focus on eating fresh, nutrient-rich whole foods. You might find it hard to go back to the processed stuff after the wedding!
