Eat only foods that are high in nutrients and antioxidants — I call them superfoods. These should be eaten on a daily basis and the core ones that I recommend for the models and actors I train are raw cacao powder, spirulina, chlorella, acai powder, macqui powder, chia seeds, raw honey, goji berries, coconut oil, coconut water and kombucha.
I also recommend the following foods to be eaten, but not necessarily on a daily basis: Any berry, lemon juice, raw bee pollen, raw royal jelly, raw rejuvelac, raw fermented cashew or macadamia cheese, psyllium husk, cold pressed olive oil, watermelon, melon, cucumber, celery, and spices (especially turmeric, garlic, onion).
