"To get a body like a VS model work out every day. For how long? It varies on the intensity of the workout; obviously being active every day is very important. I'd think a minimum one hour of exercise each day up to two hours is great. You can do a high-intensity workout for 45 minutes and be exhausted after or a two-hour Pilates workout with lots of pulses. And of course the more incidental activity the better."
