- Write it down: And leave it anywhere you'll see it all the time, like the fridge, mirror even your computer screen. Little reminders of what you want to achieve can help to push you in the right direction if you’re getting off track.
- Keep it positive: Try not to use the words “I don’t” or “I can’t” and use positive connotations like “I will” and “I can”.
