"Winter months are notorious for increasing our appetites and therefore preparation is key. Some people like to organise their food each night, others like to do it in bulk on a Sunday afternoon. Try pre-cooking your protein, pre-chopping your veggies and portion them out into containers. That way, when you get hungry all you need to do is chuck the veggies in a pot or stir-fry them.
"Make sure that you have healthy snacks on hand/in your bag/car/office so that you are not tempted to make bad food choices when you're out. Alternatively, a good quality green drink that you can mix in a shaker with water or coconut is a quick, easy and nutritious snack for when you’re on the run. It's all about setting yourself up for success and not giving yourself any more excuses than you already have."
