"Try to eat slowly. Your stomach and brain are friends; they just take a while to communicate with each other. When you take your time with meals, you are more likely to stop eating when you are full as you will have more of a chance to notice that you are satisfied.
"Prepare your own food when you can. That store bought salad may look nice, but do you really know what is in the dressing? Or how that meat was prepared? When you take the extra time to prepare your own food you know exactly what is going into your body and you can make it as healthy as you like."
